It was a long day and my god I was sleepy when I got home from work. Like, more sleepy than I should have been. So...I napped. I feel better. My head is a little clearer. I've been having nighttime anxiety a lot again recently, so even nights like last night where I sleep with no cats in the room can make me sleepy the next day because I had to distract myself from my own thoughts until 2 AM or something.
Now I'm eating a PB&J and watching YouTube and having a chill time. Shower soon since I just put on a sulfur face mask.
