April 30th

I made it through April without typing April wrong. Look at me go.

For the first time since 2015, I am caught up on Game of Thrones. I have matured in that time, in that when a character I like dies, instead of being sad I yell at my screen and go "Oh, come on! I liked him!" You can't get attached to people in this show. ...I'll be sad if my favorites go though.

Hey, I felt a bit better today. Up and up.

April 29th

I did a half day at work. It was kinda miserable, but not the worst. I’m begetting better. I watched more Game of Thrones. Tomorrow I finally get to watch the season 7 finale, which means I can start season 8, which is the current season! I’m so close!

April 28th

I have had an achy tummy today. I think it was all the Tylenol and Advil. My nose is super plugged up and I still have a cough. But! I am actually doing a bit better. Didn’t watch much Game of Thrones though, since I was in bed in pain from my stomach. Ah well. I’m still making a bit of progress.

April 27th

I'm starting season seven of Game of Thrones now. I’m excited! I just wish my throat didn’t hurt and my nose wasn’t a stuffy, runny mess. Oh, and I wish I could watch all of season seven tonight, but I’m sleepy. One episode will do for today. Maybe I can knock out the rest tomorrow, but we shall see.

April 26th

Well I’m sick. Cold or flu or something. Being sick sucks but at least there’s Game of Thrones to keep me busy. 

Man, this season is good so far. I’m finally onto episodes I’ve never seen before! Yay!

April 25th

Cas and I are watching Game of Thrones while I wait for my laundry to finish. I’m close to finishing season five!

I still need to take a shower...but all of my towels are in the dryer.

April 24th

24 days into April and I haven't mistyped it yet. Who am I?

I was busy today. Like, more than one meeting, working until closing kind of busy. But that's good! It keeps my brain busy.

I was going to watch Game of Thrones tonight. I napped instead.

April 23rd

Brad and I are watching House Hunters. A nice break from Game of Thrones, you know? But I’ll be back inWesteros tomorrow!

I have dry eyes today!

April 22nd

Honestly I've just been sitting on the couch for the past few hours watching Game of Thrones. I'm making my way through season five...but my brain is starting to melt a bit from doin nothing but watching the show in my downtime. I might go for a quick walk actually. I have mail to get...so that's something!

April 21st

I started back in Game of Thrones. The problem is that I decided to start at season 5, because I do remember most of season four...but not all of it. But starting at season five means I have like thirty hours worth of episodes to watch to get caught up...so watching season four as well would be tough. What I actually want to do is start from the beginning but my dumbass waited until now to get an HBO subscription. I think I should be good where I am though. Now I have to buckle down and get to watching!

April 20th

I got new furniture today! Then I took a nap and had a nightmare about moving and furniture! I am a predictable creature!

My mom also came up to visit today, which was really nice. We got some yummy lunch and she got to meet Pigeon. Pigeon is so afraid of everybody, I feel kinda bad. But Cas was super lovey (because he always is) so my mom still got her cat fix.

Tomorrow...laundry? Oh, I guess I'm getting my hair done. I just remembered. I should go to bed soon I guess. Whoops!

April 19th

Tomorrow I get new furniture and my mom comes to visit! It should be a nice day, rainy though it may be.

I also have stuff to return to a few places. What a pain. But like...money.

April 18th

April is flying by. I’m excited.

I’m five perfumes richer today. Thanks, Sephora Beauty Insider points.

I decided to wear a different new perfume though, Narciso l’Absolu. It smells like a musky version of Coromandel. It has that plasticky patchouli thing going on. I like it.

April 17th

Tonight we find out if Pigeon is scared of thunderstorms.

We also find out if I like the new face mask I got. It looks like the blood of my enemies. I'm into it.

April 16th

Guess who has pain? It's me! The one with the pain in her neck back and shoulders! How did this happen right after my massage? I slept so weirdly last night!

I'm just eating some cookies now. Deal with it.

(I bought a lot of perfume today.)

April 15th

We work was crappy today. You know, I just love spending two hours of my day standing at the scanner, individually feeding through 22x34 pieces of paper. What a joy. Truly.

I took a nap and had a dream that I met the queen of England and that she essentially told me everything I did when meeting her was all wrong. I love a good weird stress dream.

Gonna try to get some good sleep tonight.

April 14th

Yeah, I need to watch Game of Thrones. Good places to catch up on last seasons?

I ordered my first ever palette from Juvia’s Place! It looks pretty!

April 13th

My massage was good, even though I wasn’t able to get any water before hand so I was supremely thirsty the whole time, which was distracting. Then Community Day was fun as well, as fun as it can be to be at a mall with a million people who walk too slowly and just generally suck. Brad and I also played some more Ultra Despair Girls.

I hate typing on this phone, by the way. I make typos constantly.

Now I’m just watching stuff of YouTube and thinking about binturongs.

April 12th

Bought a dresser and nightstand. Watched some hockey on TV. Now I’m gonna rest and get psyched for my massage tomorrow. Hell yeah.

April 11th

Sleepy night tonight. I’ve got some good cats and a good blanket. Gonna have some good oatmeal. You know the kind of night.

April 10th

Scanning dusty documents at work sure will give you the sneezes, you know? And boy did my hands feel gross. And I get to do more tomorrow!

Other than that, I’m just trying to figure out the logistics of acquiring bedroom furniture. It’s harder than it should be. Already had one order that got back ordered by two months(!!), the second one I’m trying apparently not all items are deliverable so I may have to pick things up from the store (I haven’t actually placed this order yet), so we’ll see how that goes.

April 9th

Hi, I ate too much chicken pot pie for dinner. Then I had the shortest grocery trip ever because I felt terrible but I really needed stuff. Now I’m at home chilling and not practicing good sleep hygiene because I’m blogging in bed. It’s so hard to not use my phone at all in the bedroom. But I’m trying to spend more time out on the couch now that I have one. Baby steps!

April 8th

Today was a slow Monday. And then I took a nap, so I'm a little discombobulated. What I actually need to do is shower. What I did do is play a lot of Two Dots.

I feel so much better after doing some cleaning today. It’s not perfect but my god is it better.

Most of today was resting though. And I had some cornbread.

April 6th

I went to the zoo today! There were way too many people but I did see a binturong AND a Pallas cat! Now I’m tired though. That was a lot of walking.

I want a papasan chair.

April 5th

Wow, what a long week! I want to get out and do stuff this weekend. I might go to a museum this Sunday...not sure about tomorrow though.

Tonight I’ve just been playing Two Dots and watching YouTube videos. Gotta clean the litter box. It’s fun stuff here.

Man, I thought today was Friday. But I had an early work day because I worked through lunch (lunch was jellybeans) so it’s all good.

I do love me a good casual Friday though.

Trying some new CBD gummies tonight. Well, just one gummy. But still. Hopefully these are nice.

Honestly I'm just singing Disney songs tonight. Hellfire is so much fun. Also, listening to multi-language version of Disney songs. I used to search those all the time on YouTube. (This is all prompted by my going through my old Likes playlist.)

April 1st

Time for another month of accidentally typing "Apeil" eh?

Just spending the evening listening to my neighbors watching Game of Thrones. Good thing that show has an amazing soundtrack.

I was inexplicably exhausted when I came home today. I probably could have slept a little better last night, but I didn't think I would be so tired. I wasn't even that tired at work. But I had full on dreams and everything when I napped. And now I feel bad and weird!

However, I have two super cute cats who I love very much.
