Happy Thursday! Brad and I just got back from the airport! I am super sleepy!

April 27th

Brad will be here tomorrow night! Whee! I'm so excited to see him, even if it's under stressful circumstances. Hopefully having him here to help will make things less stressful for both of us. I think we both feel like there aren't enough hours in a day or energy in our bodies to get ourselves going, but I think working together will make things easier for us both.

April 26th

I'm not really sure where today went to be honest. I did some last minute grocery shopping for cereal, so I'll probably just have to go once more for snacks for the car ride. And maybe milk. I always need milk. 

Right now I'm hoping I catch a slight second wind so I can finish packing the bathroom tonight. 

In more exciting news, I got to hold a bearded dragon yesterday! They are much sharper and drier than I expected. But still really awesome. 

April 25th

It's my last night with my St. Cloud friends! I'm gonna miss them! We went to Perkins and now I'm hanging out with four dogs. 

April 24th

I spent so much time on the IKEA website today! I'm so excited to get some new furniture once I move. It's this week! Ahhhhh! I can do it!

April 23rd

Guess who's blogging from her new phone? This girl! I finally have a new iPhone! It's a pretty gold 6S and it's big and kinda hard to hold but I like it. I had probably my last outing to Punch Pizza for awhile, too. I just have to squeeze in a trip to Davanni's and Freshens before I move and I'll be okay. 

April 22nd

Another productive day ahead tomorrow! I'm driving down to my dad's house to grab my stuff that I keep down there, and then I'm gonna do A LOT of laundry. That'll feel good, I think. Baby steps towards moving! Monday I hit the ground running by taking on each room in my apartment individually and sorting and cleaning and packing. 

April 21st

Hi friendlies! I had a pretty productive day, yay! Just still with addresses and bills and such, but still! I'm really in the mood for pizza, so I'm gonna get some and go to sleep!

April 20th

Today was my last day "at work" - I wasn't actually working, my manager just brought lunch for me and my other coworker who is also leaving. It was really sweet! Working in a small team can be frustrating at times, but it's also really nice knowing everyone and their personalities, and getting to know this team over the past year has been really different and interesting and fun. I really am grateful for all the good memories, the crazy stories, and the lovely people I got to meet. And now, the next chapter begins!

April 18th

I have hit a point of stress where I am just not happy and have become vaguely despondent. I feel like I have so much to do in so little time. Ten days is not so many, and I have so many things to do. I just need to stay on top of things and not totally shut down from being overwhelmed and I can't put everything off until the last minute. I suddenly feel like I have so much stuff and I kind of just want to throw it all away. Well, not all. But a lot of it. And I probably will. Good thing I just bought new garbage bags, eh?

April 17th

All right, tomorrow is my last day at the hotel! It's gonna be a long and busy shift, and it's a Monday, but I'm ready to take it on. And subsequently panic over all the things I need to do in the week following. Where did all this time I thought I had disappear to? I have to get so much done! And like...pack! At least Cas isn't terrified of his new kitty carrier. Small victories. 

April 16th

Good evening friends! I fell asleep after work and my blog alarm didn't wake me up, so it's a late night for blogging! I'm just glad I woke up before midnight. I'm also really glad I don't have to work tomorrow! A day off before my last day is going to be good for this girl.

April 15th

I definitely did not get to sleep on time. Nor did I get up early. Whoops. 

I do actually have to get up early tomorrow, so hopefully I don't have depressing dreams like I did last night. I need to sleep with Hobbes tonight I think. 

April 14th

Goals: not stay up til 4 AM because I wanna get up early-ish tomorrow so I have time to shower and get Subway before work. I have a coupon for a $6 footlong in that new carved turkey style, so I kinda wanna try that out.

I don't have to work until 1:00 tomorrow! I get to sleep in! And stay up a teeny bit late! I might even play some HunieCam after I catch up on YouTube videos. I'm excited to have two shorter shifts before my last two shifts, which are gonna be long ones!

So...I'm gonna eat some ice cream, cuddle my clingy kitty, and spend my evening on the computer like a loser.

April 12th

What a long day! That was some shenanigans. And I'm back at it tomorrow- luckily not til 9. Cas and I are relaxing and watching Marriland's X/Y Wedlocke now. Cas is being a bit naughty though so he may need to be firmly placed in the hallway. With belly rubs and kisses.

April 11th

I am so extra sleepy today! And I work from 7-5 tomorrow! So I'm just going to try and get some sleep now, I think. After I finish this granola bar!

April 10th

I still have a lot of cleaning to do! I don't think my neighbors are going to appreciate me vacuuming, but I don't really know when else to do it. I also have a stupidly long work week ahead of me. Ten hour days starting at 7:00 AM are already miserable, but the fact that I work until 11:00 PM the night before means I'll be going in with minimal sleep. This is basically my last week at my current job though, so I'm just going to have to push through it! I just wish I didn't have the added stress of having to repeatedly clean my apartment for tours. I've never toured an apartment that someone was still living in. Either it was vacant or a model unit. Why doesn't my property do that?

Short blog tonight, sorry guys. Just not feeling in the best sort of mood, and I slept all wrong as well. Tomorrow is a new day though!

April 8th

More farm babies! I loved these lambs so much. One of them managed to get out of its enclosure! But I got to pick it up and put it back. Lambs are very lightweight, but they're kinda gangly and awkward to hold at first. However, I would very much like to hold more lambs soon. 

There's apparently a cat event at PetSmart tomorrow! I'm gonna go! I love seeing kitties!

April 7th

Sleepy sheep Kate reporting for blogging duty! 

I acquired a new flannel today. It is the comfiest. I also played more Hunie Cam and ended up enjoying it! I think I'm getting a little better. 

I can't tell if I'm sleepy enough to actually sleep or if my nighttime nap threw me off. I think I'm tired! But I'm also hungry. And I'm not quite as cozy as before. I'll have to grab Hobbes and see what I can do. 

April 6th

I don't have to work until 1:00 tomorrow, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to give Hunie Cam Studio another go. I'm really not that good at that game, I feel bad! I have trouble playing games I'm not good at, but I love the game devs so much, I want to at least give the game a fair chance, and I want to beat it! And get a trophy!

April 5th

I'm finally done with apartment paperwork and waiting! I'm officially going to be a resident of Columbus next month now. I still have more money to pay (cat deposit!) and other things relating to my move, but at least I found a place to live. The downside is that I can't move in on the first, so I'll be chilling at Brad's place for a week or so. I'm extra thankful he's nearby! I wanna go to Taco Bell together.

I am chilly and tired! And I don't know why! I actually slept quite well last night. Maybe it's because I have a headache.

Anyway, I'm downloading HunieCam Studio now, so I may be up for awhile. I've been so excited for this game for ages.

Hello beautiful friends! I hope your April is off to a good start! I've got work tomorrow, but on Sunday I get to go to a farm! With horses and sheep and pigs! And I am ecstatic! I'm gonna play with all of them! And there's brand new baby lambs! Do you think I can take one home? I bet it would be a good snuggle buddy.

Still working on testing out my new foundations. I returned the Urban Decay one (Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition) today - it wasn't a bad foundation, but it wasn't my favorite, either. It also smelled like paint, which was putting me off. I do like it, but for $40 I want to love it!
