Howdy y'all! I'm at about halfway with regards to rectifying my sleep schedule. I really do think my medication is part of the problem though. I know I got enough sleep last night and yet I was tired today. Maybe it's because all the work I needed to get done could be done from home, but still. I feel like I'm too tired. I think I'm going to start a sleep journal to record what hours I'm sleeping and how I feel when I wake up, and also when I feel tired.
